Some members of the firm are both professional engineers and licensed operating engineers. These individuals develop detailed condition assessments, workforce evaluations, and provide on-site training.

The O&M team also provides the commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Recent projects include the commissioning of the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Capitol Power Plant, and the Johns Hopkins South Energy Plant.

Additionally, RI's O&M team develops operation and maintenance manuals and standard operating procedures.
