HVAC
RI provides HVAC analysis and design services for a wide range of clients and projects. Our portfolio of HVAC design projects includes clients in healthcare, R&D, higher education, and government. Projects range from air handling unit replacements to laboratory upgrades to redesign of entire building systems in addition to new building design.


Plumbing
RI's plumbing services include domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, stormwater, and subdrainage systems.


LEED
RI is a strong advocate of sustainable building design and offers its clients engineering services to support both LEED sensitive and LEED certified designs. RI works closely with our clients to evaluate systems and equipment based on life cycle costs and the LEED rating system. Services offered are:
