The Montgomery Park Business Center is an eight-story, 1.3 million-square-foot complex that received the Environmental Protection Agency's grand prize Phoenix Award in 2003. The building’s features include:

• Green Roof planted with alpine vegetation
• Gray Water System
• Ice Storage
• Peak Shaving
• CO2 Ventilation Control
• Daylight-harvesting lighting design utilizing lighting control panels
• Dimmable fluorescent ballasts controlled by local area photocells
• Occupancy sensors

Ross Infrastructure was responsible for the LEED-based design of the mechanical and electrical systems for the entire building as well as building fit-outs that were customized to the needs of various tenants.

As part of the renovation process, 150,000 GSF commercial office space in Montgomery Park was converted to support a new mission-critical processing center for M&T Bank. In addition to general office space, the processing center contained a significant amount of large sorting and processing machinery as well as an 8,000 GSF data center. Due to the critical operation of the processing center, the electrical system design included installation of a dedicated 2,000 kW standby electric generator to provide 100% backup to M&T Bank.

Another renovation involved 90,000 GSF commercial office space built over two floors to be used as a new call center for the NCO Group. In addition to general office space, the call center contained a high density workstation floor plan. The electrical design included installation of a 400 kW, standby electric generator to provide a full backup power supply to the building's normal power.  The design developed five new electrical closets distributed throughout the two floors. The work also included field verification to utilize an existing in-slab duct system to provide electric service to the workstations in an open area floor plan. The lighting areas were zoned to fully utilize the daylight patterns for the space.
