Construction:

RI is highly experienced with the construction of mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems including steam and chilled water generation plants, medium voltage electric distribution systems, and on-site standby electric generation systems for industrial, institutional, and commercial facilities. 

RI is currently acting as an independent Construction Administrator for a multi-year, $72,000,000 chilled water plant expansion.  The new construction will provide an additional 24,000 tons for a total system capacity of 48,000 tons of chilled water generation.
